Ya'at'eeh, Welcome to Utah Navajo Health System, Inc.
We are a not-for-profit Community Health Center providing medical, dental and behavioral health care in neighborhoods throughout the northern portion of the Navajo Nation and southeastern Utah. We provide primary health care to men, women, and children, regardless of citizenship status, nationality or ability to pay.
We know that navigating the health care system can be confusing. That’s why we have professional patient support staff who can help you book an appointment, choose a doctor, get a referral or answer questions about insurance coverage.
UNHS is a full service health care facility that has been serving southeastern Utah communities since 2000. Last year (2012) our four health centers provided 70,000 provider visits to more than 12,500 unique patients; 8,800 of which were residents of San Juan County. The mission of our health centers is to provide primary health care for those most in need.
We are affiliated with some of the best hospitals in the country with the University of Utah being our primary affiliation.
